I do accept custom and/or personalized orders. All custom requested orders must be paid for in full and are non-refundable.
The majority of the items listed in my shop are washable, although to extend the life of the item I recommend hand/spot washing items as needed. Please refer to care instructions for each individual item for recommended washing, as some of my items do have embellishments that are not machine washable/dry-able.
Please refer to each item on available sizing. If needing a custom size or size not listed please contact me to request a custom order.
I do not offer gift wrapping or gift packaging. I do however package all purchases with great care.
I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
When checking out if your order is $35 or higher you will be given the option for FREE SHIPPING (USPS First Class w/tracking 1-5 days) as well as other options for a fee. The other options are USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days with tracking) & USPS Priority Mail Express (Guaranteed Overnight w/tracking).
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
North America (USA & Canada): 1-5 business days. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
When shipping to Canada delays can occur getting through customs.
Note: Once your item is shipped I have no control over timing. We will ship your item based on your choice during checkout.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
